ResumeHunter is a recruiting tool from Green Dynamics. We store the resumes and job criteria you put on your bench so you can rank them. We do not sell candidate data, and other customers cannot see your bench.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your Google or Microsoft name and email, used only to sign you in.
• Resumes, job postings, and ranking results you create on your account.
• If you subscribe, Stripe handles card details. We keep subscription status, not your full card number.

How it is used

Resume text is parsed and scored so you can shortlist candidates for jobs you define. Parsing and ranking use an AI provider (OpenAI) on the text you upload. We do not use your bench to market to candidates, and we do not share it with other ResumeHunter customers.

How long it stays

Original resume files (PDF, Word, and similar) are deleted after 90 days. Parsed bench data stays so you can still rank. You can permanently delete your org, files, and rankings with Close bench in the menu, or email us and ask.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time.
• Delete individual resumes from your bench.
• Close the bench to wipe the account’s stored data.
• Email cgreen@greendynamics.co for a privacy or deletion request.
